Author Guidelines

Instructions to Authors

All submissions to this Journal must be made electronically via the following email: psc@pwr.edu.pl. All manuscripts must be submitted in DOC/DOCX format. Authors are required to prepare text in Microsoft Word 97-2003 or later version, according to the following template - Download Template.

Please note that only papers that have never been published before are accepted. All submitted papers are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. Authors will be informed of the review process through email.

Peer review policy:

1. All papers are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.
   
   
2. Since the Journal is published in English at least one of the reviewers has other than Polish affiliation.
   
   
3. Conflict of interest between the reviewer and author is unacceptable, i.e.:
• lack of direct relationship (both personal and business);
• lack of professional subordination;
• reviewer and author/authors have not cooperated in the past within research area presented in the paper.
  
  
4. The review, presented in written form, consists of overall rating of the paper as well as final decision whether to accept or reject the paper for publication.
   
   
5. The paper is published when at least two reviewers accept the paper.
